Garmin Rino 110

Rino stands for Radio Integrated with Navigation for the Outdoors. As the acronym suggests the Garmin Rino 110 combines GPS navigation with a two way radio, useful for communicating with and tracking your friends. The Rino features a unique position reporting functionality which sends your location to other users of the Rino in your group, enabling them to view your exact location, a feature handy in emergencies or for finding lost units. Also, as the Rino features an FRS/GMRS radio, it can be used for communicating with other conventional FRS/GMRS units. The range of the radio is up to 5 miles on GMRS and up to 2 miles on FRS.

The Rino 110 allows you to save as many as 500 waypoints and has an internal memory of 1MB, which can be used for loading other points of interest using compatible products from MapSource.
